Kisälli
a proper tool should inspire. should beg to be studied, to be used. cooking and blacksmithing have been part of my life for decades, this run is an attempt to bring those two loves together with design in an affordable way. laser cut, hand shaped, meticulously hardened, tempered and sharpened – this is an effort to bring handmade quality and craftsmanship into the hands of people who will use themevery day. Kisälli – finish for journeyman, is our interpretationof a santoku. it is meant to be a true worker in the kitchen – 8″ blade, 3″ tall and just over 12″ overall it handles a variety of kitchen tasks with ease. the handle is Argentinean lignum vitaeand secured with brass pins and comes with a matching storage/display block. | produced by fourchamberforge
